• Order records and associated contact details are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial and tax record-keeping requirements under Indian law.
• Enquiries that did not result in an order are deleted after 12 months unless you have an ongoing relationship with us.
• Artwork files supplied for print jobs are retained for 6 months after job completion to facilitate reprints, after which they are permanently deleted unless you request otherwise.
• Website usage data collected via cookies is retained for no more than 13 months.
